Professional Training
High-quality, evidence-informed training for school leaders and staff teams G
Grounded in lived leadership experience and the realities of today’s classrooms.
All training is designed and delivered professional development that goes beyond theory. Drawing on my experience as a Headteacher, SENCO, Strategic Lead for SEMH provision and parent to two neurodivergent children, my training bridges the gap between research and practice - ensuring that what we discuss translates meaningfully into day-to-day school life.
This is not generic INSET.
It is strategic, context-aware development that strengthens both practice and culture.
