Head Teachers and SENCOs are often navigating inclusion under enormous pressure.

Accountability demands, stretched budgets, rising complexity and limited external support.

Most leaders care deeply about inclusion. Few are given structured space to think about it strategically.

This program creates space to do just that within a small cohort of like-minded Leaders.

The Structure

The Programme runs across EIGHT modules, structured around ‘The Five Pillars of Inclusive Leadership’.

Session One: Vision - Leading Inclusion Intentionally

Clarifying what inclusion means in your context and aligning values with daily leadership decisions.

Sessions Two & Three: Systems (Two Modules)

Developing robust, manageable SEND systems and moving from firefighting to strategic oversight.

Sessions Four & Five: Relationships (Two Modules)

Strengthening relationships with families, staff and external professionals - while protecting professional boundaries and wellbeing.

Sessions Six & Seven: Practice (Two Modules)

Ensuring inclusive values are visible in classrooms and curriculum - from universal provision to complex needs.

Session Eight: Action & Sustainability

Creating a realistic, school-specific action plan that strengthens inclusion without overwhelming staff.
