Leadership Mentoring

Targeted mentoring for Head Teachers, senior leaders and SENCOs navigating complex SEND, SEMH and behaviour challenges.

This includes:

  • 1:1 mentoring for Head Teachers, SENCOs, Inclusion Leads, senior and middle leaders

  • Strategic support with leadership of Inclusion and decision-making

  • Ethical, values-led leadership in high-pressure situations

  • Confidence-building for difficult conversations and system change

  • A safe place to talk with someone who’s been there and knows the challenges

Mentoring can be short-term or ongoing and is always confidential, supportive and practical.

Professional Training

High-quality, evidence-informed training for school leaders and staff teams, grounded in real school and lived experience.

Training Themes can include:

Deep Dive Bespoke Support

In-depth, tailored support for schools in key areas of Inclusion

This may include (but can also be bespoke to your school):

  • SEND and Inclusion deep dives

  • SEMH and behaviour systems review

  • From design to completion support creating internal and/or resourced provision

  • Refinement of internal and/or resourced provision

  • Action planning with leaders and follow-up support
