Who I am

I am an experienced leader and inclusion specialist with over 15 years of work across mainstream primary education, SEMH provision, strategic leadership and school advisor.

I have held roles as:

  • Head Teacher

  • Deputy Head Teacher

  • Strategic Lead for an SEMH Resourced Provision

  • SENCO

  • Neurodiversity Schools Advisor across 30 primary schools

I have led whole-school inclusion strategy, behaviour systems, pastoral wellbeing hubs and internal provisions, supporting schools through complex challenges involving behaviour, trauma, neurodiversity, pupil premium and parental engagement.

My Values and Approach

My work is grounded in:

  • Understanding behaviour as communication

  • High expectations with high support

  • Systems that reduce pressure on staff

  • Inclusion that is ethical, sustainable and realistic

I understand the realities schools face - limited staffing, budget constraints, accountability pressures - and tailor support that fits your context.
