An Online Development Programme for Leadership Teams

The Five Pillars of Inclusive Leadership

Inclusive Schools do not happen because of policy. They happen because of strategic leadership.

Head Teachers and SENCOs are often navigating inclusion under enormous pressure - accountability demands, stretched budgets, rising complexity and limited external support.

Most leaders care deeply about inclusion. Few are given structured space to think about it strategically.

This program creates space to do just that!

Who this is for

  • Head Teachers who want to lead inclusion confidently and sustainably

  • SENCOs who want to move from reactive to strategic practice

  • Senior Leaders responsible for SEND and Inclusion

  • Leadership pairs (Head and SENCO) who want shared language and direction

You can join individually or as a school leadership team.

  • Delivered live online in a small reflective cohort

  • Designed for both Head Teachers and SENCOs

  • Structured reflection between sessions

  • Practical frameworks you can use immediately

  • Light-touch support throughout the programme

What makes it different

A strong focus on:

  • Leadership clarity

  • Strong, sustainable systems

  • Professional relationships

  • Strategic decision-making

  • Protecting wellbeing and capacity
