Inclusion isn't another initiative. It's the golden thread that runs through everything.
I'm Rebekah, a former Head, Deputy and SENCO. I work alongside school leaders to build inclusion that works for every child, every adult and every family. With you, not to you.

Former Head Teacher, Deputy and SENCO
Does this sound familiar?
These are the things school leaders say to me, often in the first five minutes.
You're not failing. You're carrying a lot, in a system that reacts when it should prevent. You don't have to carry it alone.
Inclusion is for everyone. Every child, just as they are, and all they could become. The adults who hold it all together. The families who need to feel heard.
When inclusion is built into your vision, your systems and your culture, everyone has the chance to thrive: to feel confident, valued and strong.
The Five Pillars of Inclusion
Five areas that hold everything up, aligned to the DfE's seven principles of inclusion. Action planning is the golden thread that ties them together.
Vision and Leadership
Know your why. Inclusion is your foundation. Lead with integrity and kindness.
Systems and Processes
Make it consistent. Make it lived. Let no child fall through the gaps.
Inclusive by Design
Start with the child. Design out the barriers. Build it in, don't bolt it on.
Wellbeing
Make belonging real. Protect dignity, always. Look after your people, yourself included.
Building Relationships
Relationships carry the whole. Keep showing up. Keep building.
The golden thread: action planning that turns what you find into a strategy ready to use in your school today.

Hello, I'm Rebekah
I've spent more than fifteen years in schools as a Head Teacher, Deputy and SENCO, leading curriculum, teaching and learning, behaviour and an SEMH resourced provision.
In partnership with thirty schools, I've worked alongside Heads, senior leaders and SENCOs on inclusion strategy, curriculum, adaptation and resourced provision. I've carried out inclusion and environment audits, mentored leaders and teachers, and trained staff in everything from reframing behaviour and demand avoidance to sensory needs and Universal Design for Learning.
Whatever I'm leading, I look at it through one lens: does this work for everyone? That's what inclusion means to me. It's the foundation everything is built on, and it breathes through every part of a school.
I'm also a parent who has navigated the SEND system, so I understand it from both sides of the table. I know the joy of this work, and I know how heavy it can feel. That's why I do what I do.
What schools say
“We feel incredibly fortunate to be working with you. Your guidance has been invaluable and the positive impact you have had across the school has been truly inspiring.”
“The way you provided clear context alongside so many practical, actionable ideas made the learning incredibly meaningful to our staff. The strategies you shared were both engaging and achievable and there was a real sense of excitement about trying them out in the classrooms straight away.”
“It truly made me reflect on my current leadership approach and what I am trying to achieve, so thank you.”
“I found this session extremely helpful and insightful. Thank you.”
