Supporting the parents in your workforce who are quietly holding everything together.
Warm, practical training and private drop-in clinics for employees raising neurodivergent children, from a former Headteacher who has been the parent on the other side of the table.
Most of them will never mention it at work.
Somewhere in your organisation, someone is answering emails between calls from school.
They're using annual leave for assessments and meetings. They're reading about EHCPs at midnight. They're sitting in the car park for five minutes before walking in, because last night was hard and this morning was harder.
They're good at their job. They want to stay. But the system around their child is slow, confusing and exhausting, and they're carrying it on their own.
They need someone who understands, a clear map of the system, and the confidence to speak up for their child. That's what I bring.
Four live sessions, and a private space for the questions that matter most
Each session is 60 minutes of practical, honest training, followed by 15 minutes of open questions. Nobody is ever asked to share anything about their own family.
Parenting Differently
Seeing behaviour as communication. What helps at home, on school mornings and out and about. Looking after brothers and sisters, and yourself.
Navigating the School System
How schools are organised for SEND, who to talk to, and what SEN support should look like. Building a partnership with school, not a battle.
EHCPs Explained
What an Education, Health and Care Plan is, when to ask for one, what the process involves, and how to make the plan work once you have it.
Being Your Child's Advocate
Speaking up with confidence, keeping good records, and knowing your options when things go wrong, including an overview of appeals and tribunals.
Private drop-in clinics
Some questions are too personal for a group. Employees book a confidential 25-minute slot, send their question in advance, and meet me one-to-one online. Their employer never sees what was discussed.
Some of your most committed people are close to cutting back, or leaving
The biggest barrier isn't the children. It's a system that is slow, fragmented and hard to navigate. That is exactly what these sessions help with. When parents feel understood and equipped, they are more likely to stay, to stay well, and to ask early for the flexibility they need.
Hello, I'm Rebekah. I've sat on both sides of the table.
As a Headteacher, Deputy and SENCO, I led SEND and SEMH provision and walked alongside many families through the system. Today I work in partnership with schools to make inclusion a golden thread that runs through everything.
I'm also a mum of five. I've navigated that same system as a parent: the meetings, the waiting lists, the paperwork, and the next morning at work.
So I can explain how schools think from the inside, and I understand what it costs a family to keep going. I won't talk down to anyone. I'll walk alongside them.

Things employers ask
Who are the sessions for?
Any parent or carer of a child who is neurodivergent, has SEND, or is waiting for assessment. No diagnosis needed. Interested colleagues and line managers are welcome too.
Will staff have to share personal information?
No. Sessions are for listening and asking questions, and nobody is asked to talk about their own family. Clinics are private, and you'll only receive attendance numbers and general themes.
Do you give legal advice?
No. I share system knowledge and lived experience, and I signpost specialist legal and advice services for individual cases.
Online or in person?
Sessions run live online so everyone can join, wherever they're working. In-person delivery can be arranged.
Can we try one session first?
Yes. Most organisations start with a single session and build from there.
If you have parents in your team who are carrying more than you can see, I'd love to hear about them.
We can start small, with one session, and see what your people need.
